Our Philosophy

At Organic Trade and Investments (OTI), we believe in the deindustrialization of agriculture but we are in favor of the mechanization of the sector. We believe that we must cultivate and produce only what is needed, and consume what we plant and process if truly we want to protect our biodiversity.

We are in competition with no one. To survive and eventually live decently, we need to create a conducive environment in which all players (within the supply chain) will be recognized and interests protected.

We revered and encourage natural beauty and healthy lifestyle and this is why we are committed to promoting the use of natural herbs and organic products in our everyday life.

It’s been proven scientifically that organic products have tremendous natural health benefits. The benefits of our products include; skin nourishment, versatility, skin smoothing, blood pressure management, pregnancy and fertility improvement, and blood pressure control. Our products can also satiates thirst and be used as anti-cancer properties, a moisturizer and/or an anti-inflammatory. We are very flexible and transparent in our dealings; you will get a breakdown of all expenses and shipping costs to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. You are invited to witness the loading of your goods at Tema port, when shipping in large volumes.

The Team Behind OTI’s Success

Notwithstanding being a small team of 9 virtual workers, we pride ourselves in providing services of the utmost standard. Our team comprises a Business Developer, a Data Analyst, a Quality Control Expert, a Head of Operations, a Communications Manager, Software Engineers, and a Customer Success Manager, a Head of Sales, and a Virtual Assistant Officer.

The fascinating part of the composition of our team and our choice of working environment is that it has shaped our expertise, built us to be more pro-active, more productive, more agile and flexible. Working remotely pushes us to be better organized and prepared for the execution of our daily duties. We work efficiently from our respective workspaces.

We are proud to have managed to create a friendly, healthy, and safety working environment, where everyone shares their ideas and grow at their own pace, but yet still manages to align their goals with that of the Company. We foresaw the evolution of the employee in the workplace five years ago. Organic Trade and Investments (OTI), as a wholesaler, a wholesaler who export authentic organic products from Ghana and Africa worldwide, sources all its aphrodisiac products from small-scale growers from Africa. Gluten-Free Fonio

There are three varieties of gluten-free fonio grains. At Organic Trade and Investments, we sell both the black fonio and white fonio grains. We also have in stock the precooked white fonio grains. Upon buyer’s request, the grains will be milled into flour. Our gluten-free fonio grains and precooked fonio come in 1 kilo packs (for distributors) or in 25 and 50 kilos jute sacks for the export market.
