What to expect…
With our 3 step process we discuss your ideas, needs and budget parameters at no cost. We will answer any questions and direct you as to what your next steps should be. Through this we hope you attain a good grasp of who we are.
Step 1: Visualize
During the pre-construction phase we will assist you with the development of plans if you do not have them, or we will get right to work on preparing an in-depth estimate for your plans you already have.
We have business relationships with various architects and designers, we would be pleased to arrange an introduction, should there be any need.
All of this advance planning creates a framework for a smooth project, eliminating unnecessary changes and streamline processes that will save both time and money.
Step 2: Develop
Once we have confirmed to work together, we will confirm the budget, finalize the contract, establish the Project Manager and make the introduction.
Once all is completed, we will schedule the project and line up our network of trades and suppliers.
Step 3: Work
We have a hands on approach to building. Through many years of building experience and a carefully chosen group of subcontractors and suppliers, we are able to ensure that our standards of workmanship and service are maintained from start to finish.
By not cutting corners on the foundational part of your home, it ensures structural soundness that will last and enable a more exacting and enduring effect in the finishing stages.
Since communication is key to any successful project, we will monitor the budget and schedule and keep you informed every step of the way.
